Needless to say I'm upset. And so are hundreds of other moms and moms-to-be who thought they were getting a smoking hot deal in these tight times. I spoke with a customer service representative and he said he would have his supervisor call me. He also sent me an email to find out if they resolved my inquiry. I wrote back a long email stating exactly why I was upset and am now waiting for the supervisor to call me back. Not quite sure if this will happen :(
Oh well. I looked on Amazon.com and they do have some colors on sale for $151. Joseph said that if we can get the same deal on Amazon when we need the carseat than we can splurge on it. That's good enough for me right now. It's just crazy that they haven't done anything for those who lost out.
