I've always been curious about fish oil, but haven't tried it yet. My husband took it for a long time when he was younger and then one day he suddenly had an allergy and swelled up!
I found these too be larger than other omega 3 gel pills I have taken - longer anyway. For me they weren't as easy to swallow. Still better than the other fish oil ones thoug!
I usually take fish oil but I'm not familiar with this brand. Thanks for the info! I'll have to check them out :)
