Here in the Simmworks home we are fully into the spirit of Halloween. We've put up our decorations, picked out our costumes and planned out what day we'll be heading to Bates Nut Farm for some pumpkin picking. We've even made a few pumpkin treats to enjoy (including some yummy pumpkin waffles!). My son is super excited every time we go to the store and see pumpkins, witches and skeletons.

COSTUMES

• Static Cling - Dress normally. Pin some socks, dryer sheets, hand towels to your shirt.
• Construction Worker - Old shirt, work boots, tool belt, hand tools, work gloves, hard hat, walkie-talkie or some combination.
• Cowboy - Hat, boots, corduroy? Instant cowboy.
• Deviled Egg - Wear all white. Attach (or paint) yellow circle to your stomach. You are an egg. Add horns and a pitchfork.

Mummy Wrap
Supplies: One roll of toilet paper for each child

Pumpkin Bowling
Supplies: several small pumpkin, 12 empty cups or 2-liter bottles

Witch Hat Ring Toss
Supplies: 6 witch hats and hula hoops or homemade rings

Bobbing for Apples
Supplies: One bucket and an bushel of apples

Pin the Face on the Pumpkin
Supplies: One large pumpkin, and jack o' lantern eyes, nose and mouth cut out of black paper
