When I got on the scale this morning I was expecting big things.
Nothing earth shattering. Just movement. And praying for a 2 pound loss. Why? Because then I'd finally be back in the 190s where I belong. Sadly, today wasn't my day.
BUT I'm going down, down, down. And just because I didn't make that 2 pound loss I wanted, I still lost almost 2 pounds. AND I can button my 12s again. Whoo hoo! To make it all even better I received a pair of Lee Jeans for BlogHer today in a size 12 and they fit too!! Like a glove.
Seriously... so in love with them.
Sidenote: I had so much fun having my husband take photos of me in my new jeans that I might just make this a weekly thing. No, not the husband taking photos part, but maybe a Fashion Friday? Something simple to go along with my weight loss challenge and to (hopefully) show off a slimmer me each week while attempting to learn how to be fashionable. Thoughts?
I'm thinking if I continue to lose weight and hopefully keep up the same numbers over the next two weeks I may just be in the mid 190s for BlogHer. While it isn't 20lbs down, it'll be close to 10lbs and that'll be just fine with me. Then I can really get focused and get my head back in the game!
