EatSmart Precision Retro Kitchen Scale {#maybuffet Sponsor Spotlight}

With any weight loss plan I've been on the main concern I've found with my eating habits is the fact that I just don't know what a proper portion size is. In order to accurately keep track of what I'm eating, I need to know exactly how much I'm eating as well.

And sometimes the little digital kitchen scale I have on the counter just doesn't do the trick.

So when I received my EatSmart Precision Retro Kitchen Scale from EatSmart Products I was excited and eager to try it out. I loved the look and feel of the scale and had fun playing with it throughout the day as I weighed everything I ate in it.

The kids were quite interested as well. On the digital scale the window with the weight is too small for them to view without being right on top of me on the counter. With the EatSmart Retro Kitchen Scale they can see the numbers on the dial easily to help me weigh each item.

We tested the scale out with some apples first and then used it later to make cookies!

My husband is one of "those bakers" who weighs everything beforehand to assure a perfect baked creation. He absolutely loved the fact that this scale has a removable bowl to add the ingredients to before weighing. It made for easier handling. And the simple tare knob made adding other dry ingredients together a breeze while not having to remove what was already in the bowl.

The EatSmart Precision Retro Kitchen Scale is a versatile multifunction home appliance. Designed to be highly accurate with a cool, classic look, the Precision Retro is manufactured to the highest quality specifications.

Weigh items up to 11 lbs quickly and accurately, displaying easy to read results on the Retro's oversized 5" dial display. The add-and-weigh simplicity of the Retro allows you to add as little as one ounce at time, giving you the flexibility for a variety of jobs around the home.

Like your husband I'd like to weigh things when cooking. So many recipes I'd like to try give measurement in weight instead of volume.

I love that it has a bowel that attaches to it for more accurate weights I have used some kitchen scales but they always had the exposed dials that eventually get damaged. I love that this dial is covered

Hubby has been working to lose weight for the past few months. This would make it so much easier for both of us by enabling me to be more aware of portion sizes while educating him (with solid evidence he can see!) about nutritional values of each portion size!

I love the look of this product. It would look nice if left on the counter. I have been wanting a scale to use when making bread, so much more accurate to weight the flour versus using a measure cup.
