Anyone who knows me will tell you I live in sandals. I absolutely LOVE them. But for the most part I keep it simple. Thong sandals in black or brown.

But as I  have grown up I've come to the realization that I need to branch out into what I like to call fancy flipflops.

Oofos {#BlogHer12 Comfy Footwear}

I am a flip flops kinda girl. I wear flip flops year round. In the sun, in the rain, in the heat and in the cold. Doesn't matter if it's 100 degrees out or 50 (remember... I live in So Cal!). My feet stay comfy in flip flops and I feel most relaxed while wearing them.

I've started to prepare for my upcoming trip to BlogHer'12 in August. One of the things at the top of my list to bring with me are a great pair of flip flops. Something that will give me the support I need as well as the comfort I crave.

That's where OOFOS comes in!

OOFOS come in two styles, OOriginal Thong and OOahh Slide. Whichever you choose is totally up to personal preference. Since I'm so used to thong sandals I chose the OOriginal Thong. How awesome are the colors they offer? LOVE the Fuschia, Tangerine, Mocha, and Black. I cannot wait to pick up another pair in Tangerine.

I haven't ever liked slide on sandals so I knew the Thong would be best for my style. However if you love a slipper sandal then you should definitely check out the OOahh Slide. The Slide comes in Mocha and Black.

Since I am on my feet a lot running around and chasing toddlers I need a shoe that can perform and stay on. A problem I have with some of my flip flops is hte fact that I fall out of them when I run to grab a kid (have you ever tried corralling cats? Yeah... that's what I do all day). OOFOS stay on my feet no matter what I'm doing and are great in different situations.

I've gardened in them, taken my daily walk in them, watered with them (got them super soaked), and have ran errands with them. I even took them with me to Disneyland for a day of fun and travel. Each time I wore my OOFOS thongs I felt support and comfort. And my feet honestly did not ache as much as they do in my other sandals.
