Woking up a Storm with Ozeri Green Wok #NGFoodie

I love to cook. I enjoy creating recipes and feeding my family and friends. I know the importance of good tools in the kitchen and love to stock my kitchen with the right tools to allow me to be creative. But I want the items in my kitchen to be multi-purposed as well.

With the new Ozeri 12" Green Earth Wok I can not only become more creative with my meals, I can also use this new pan for multiple uses!

Now I've mentioned Ozeri before when I shared their awesome wine opener with you, but I've also had the pleasure of trying out their amazing tempered glasses as well (pictured in my Tassimo review) and love the quality Ozeri has to offer.So I had pretty high standards for this wok before I even removed it from the packaging.

I'm happy to say that it didn't disappoint!

When I first used my new Ozeri Green Earth Wok, I made a delicious Salmon Stir Fry. And I was amazed at how easily everything slid out of the pan and into the serving bowl once I was done.

And stir fry isn't all that I've been cooking up in my wok. I also have been using it as a frying pan too and fried up some delicious beignets a few weeks ago. The pan created a perfectly even cooking temperature and I was able to snap my thermometer to the edge of the pan easily.

The fried balls of dough came out perfectly cooked and delicious! I cannot wait to use this wok for more creations in the near future.
